Exchange & Return Policy

We get it. Sometimes the fit is off after you try it on. Here’s how exchanges and returns work:

Exchange Window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are for size only on the same item.

Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product has an issue. Our return period starts from the date you receive your order.

Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 3 days.

Exchange Shipping
Customers cover shipping for exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Use a trackable service for safe delivery.

What We Don’t Accept
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
